Volunteer Teams

Complete jobs and descriptions will be available at the orientation session Thursday, Sept 11th @ 6 pm. Select the 3 teams in you are most interested. *
Set-up/tear down: Needed Saturday, October 4th (see below)
Events: food/drink assistants, ticket takers, coat check, token sales, roamer, will call
Box Office: ticket sales and information at workshops
Promo Materials: cutting posters and other promotional material (week of Sept. 1st and week of Sept. 8th)
Transportation: chauffeur/driving (see below)
Distribution: distribution of promo material (week of Aug 25th for posters, see below)
Videography: document and video festival events
Photography: document and photograph festival events

For Distribution volunteers (week of August 25th)

*Please note that having a driver’s license or vehicle are not requirements for all those wanting to volunteer for poster and advertising material distribution.
